My Tip for losing weight is quite simple:
Do sports regularly, especially endurance sports such as running or biking. I run on my favorite track twice a week which only costs me 45 minutes.
Furthermore, switch your eating habits. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and little meat, I dont miss anything when I just have meat once or twice a week. One thing that has proven helpful is: Eat little in the evening, so that you wake up a little hungry (not starving of course, but a little hungry) and enjoy your breakfast.

I have praticed few excercise which are from the indian traditonal arts, namely Soorya Namaskaram whcih you can search and find how to perform it. It is actally an excercise done early morning facing SUN (Sooryan). This not only helps in lose of weight but also to keep the body fit.We can also lose the excess fat by performing some kind of yoga like BIKRAM yoga. which is performed in high room temperature.Please do this types of yoga only with the help of a yoga master(Guru). When speaking about diet, I would suggest to have lot of negative calorie food. The negative calorie food are food which require more calorie to digest those foods. I will explian it with an example.
Lets take Tomato,or Brocholi which are few among the negative calorie foods.
Say if Tomato gives you 25 Calorie of energy to your body but your body needs to spend 35 calorie to digest the food. So you can lose around 10 calorie. This is just an example I'm not quoting the exact calorie data.

If you stay away from all of those sugars it will be a good help and next cut your unhealthy snack foods such as potatoe chips and processed microwaveable foods. and Last I make sure not to eat any carbs or starches after 6:00pm. any of the carbohydrates that you take in during the day can be burned as you work. My tip for losing weight is a good diet. Granola and fruit for breakfast. For lunch something high in protein like fish or chicken. For dinner have a small portion of pasta or similar for carbohydrates with a good portion of vegetables, but go easy on dressings deserts and try to avoid snacking during the day. When trying to lose weight, moderation is the key. No one should have to cut out carbs or fat, but just limit your intake. Exercise including weight training and light to moderate aerobics/cardio is equally helpful. Fat burners in my book are a no-no, and quick fixes are only temporary. First of all, walk for for thirty to forty-five minutes a day. Either walk outside or walk inside, but make sure you get in a good amount of walking a day! In addition to walking, I also recommend exercising as exercising can really help to shed pounds - even more so than walking, although walking can be easier and leave you with less aches and pains. I also suggest that you eat in moderation. Don't skip meals or take shortcuts. Eat three meals a day, but do not go overboard when it comes to any of those three meals. Read up on what you are eating so you know how much fat, calories, sugar and so on is in your foods and alter your diet to reduce your calorie intake - but do so gradually and certainly not all at once! You need to be gentle when easing your body into a new lifestyle. Also, make sure you get plenty of sleep and water, as a well-rested and refreshed body can endure exercise and reduced calorie intake easier than a tired or sluggish body.

I am 6'0" and and found myself at a weight that I didn't like. I started to get a lot more exercise, but more importantly I watched what I ate. I lessened my portions and I made sure that I ate healthy things. It has been about 4 weeks now and I have lost over 20 lbs! I am so happy and all I did was eat differently. I still eat out and I still eat ice cream. I just make sure to eat only what I need and nothing more.

My tip for losing weight: Chew your food really good and take around 5 minutes between bites. People tend to overeat when they are distracted by watching TV, etc. Also, do not drink during your meal or after a meal for at least 45 minutes. Drinking washes the food, and thus the nutrients, out of the stomach, leaving you "malnourished" and hungry sooner than you should be. And as always, being sedentary is not good- get out and move around!

I have lost over 200 pounds in the last 2 years. I have NOT done it with surgery. I do not have any eating disorders. The secret is...I work in fast food. My company did a lot of downsizing and my cushy desk job was eliminated. And sadly, the only places that were hiring just happened to be my local McDonald's restaurant and a few other food service jobs in the area. Most people think, "I only gain weight working around food all day". Which in some cases that is true. However in my case, I was able to LOSE a bunch. It's all of the running around that I do. The bending, stretching, reaching, grabbing, lifting, running, walking...everything involved in 'doing my job' is what actually helped me go from a size 32 woman's pants to a size 16. I just got up and got active...even though it's work.

The most effective method I have ever seen to lose weight is to eat completely organic products. I would advise shopping at whole foods and purchasing organic foods low in fat content. I would also suggest not drinking any form of alcohol or soft drinks. Just drinking water and water alone can lead to significant results. If you get bored of drinking water add low calorie powders to add flavor. Most importantly I would suggest simply running everyday, if your out of shape start out with a short jog down the block and progressively increase your distance until you can jog many miles. I have found that it has been a battle to loose weight especially after having 2 kids. The key for me is to find an exercise that I enjoy. I find most exercises boring and donߴt have the money or time to go to the gym. Just eating healthy doesnߴt work by itself and you need that physical activity. So if you like dancing, go and dance (even if you just put music on at your house and dance alone). If you like to play a sport concentrate on that. Donߴt give up because you get bored or canߴt spend an hour at the gym. Take 15 minutes and do what you want to do.

I finally hit the point where my weight became a serious health concern. Since it was a change or die moment, I opted to change. I started a very low carb diet - essentially Adkins, but I allow some whole grains sometimes. By the end of the 1st week I was exhusted, but then I got my energy back. I've lost 40 pounds in the past 3 months and will continue until I lose 40 more.

I go to the gym 3 times a week roughly and I think the best thing you can do is take it easy. You don't have to be macho man just workout within your means. The most important thing it to keep up with it. No matter how much you don't want to do it make yourself go because you will feel better after. Aldo when eating a meal you don't have to cut out all your favorite foods. Or any foods at all just eat smaller portions. Oh and after your workout do what I do (I live in a 6 story building) walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator for that extra burn.

Regular exercise is a must like walking for atleast half an hour, cycling, jogging, swimming.
Eat food at regular intervals.Unless you are hungry do not have heavy diet.
Watch for your weight regularly. It should be in the range for your age and height. Your BMI should be between 21-25.

1. Write down everything you eat, during the day. This helps you keep track of how often you over eat and it also may cause you to eat less. 2. Find a physical activity that you enjoy and do it. 3. Move more all day - take the stairs, get up and go to your co-worker's desk instead of e-mailing, walk around the store a few times before you begin shopping, park at the back of the parking lot and walk to the store 4. It is ok to cheat sometimes, if you think I am never eating sweats again you are doomed to fail 5 Make lifestyle chanages but start small. Making a big change at once will be hard to stick with. Change just one thing at a time so you have a better chance of success.

One thing people need to remember is to eat right. your body needs calories and carbs if you are exercising. If you do not have enough food in you body it will literally eat "itself". work out about 3 times a week. Mix it up with cardio and strength training.

recently i followed this schedule of my daily diet......and i loast around 3 kg of my wieght in a month. i use to drink lots of water in the morning and go for a long walk...... after that i use to hav oat meal in breakfast..... this used to increase my energy level in the body. in the noon time i used to have salad..... than the evening i used to have tea or cofee.... at night time i used to avoid oily food,instead i use to take protien shakes...... i will suggest others to try it..... it will definately work....

1.Take one glass of warm water,half lemon & a teaspoon honey,make a mixture & Drink it every morning before you eat anything.
2.take less amount of sugar & salt.
3.If you think skipping a meal can help you loosing wait & you can do it easily then skip your dinner,never skip you breakfast.
5.Do regular exercise,if you can't do the hard one,take a walk of about 10,000 steps daily.
